We are committed to protecting customers’ personal data by collecting only the necessary, basic information about customers/users required to fulfill our obligations. We inform customers about how their collected data will be used and regularly provide them with the option to choose how their data will be used, including the option to decide whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly stored and accessible only to employees who need the data to perform their job duties. All our employees and business partners are responsible for adhering to privacy protection principles.
Delivery
TO WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP PRODUCTS?
We ship all products available in our shop and on the website (webshop) worldwide, meaning to all countries. In other words, it is possible to order a product whether you are from Bosnia and Herzegovina or from any other country, from Australia to America.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING COST FOR BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA?
Within Bosnia and Herzegovina, all shipments are delivered via express mail (BH PostExpress), and the delivery time is 3-5 working days, as each product is made to order. The shipping cost within Bosnia and Herzegovina is 8.00 BAM (approx. 4.00 EUR). For orders over 100.00 BAM, shipping is free. For each shipment, using the tracking code, you can track the status of your shipment online at any time or inquire about the status at your local post office. The tracking code is available within your account after you complete the order and is recommended to check regularly to prevent the shipment from being returned.
WHEN WILL MY SHIPMENT ARRIVE IF I AM OUTSIDE OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA AND WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
For all other countries (outside of Bosnia and Herzegovina), the delivery time depends on the distance to the final destination and generally ranges from 5 (five) to 7 (seven) working days for most European countries, and up to 15 or more working days for the most distant destinations such as Australia and North America. For all international shipments, which we send via registered mail, the shipping cost depends on the weight of the package and the final destination. Orders over 20.00 BAM (approx. 10.00 EUR) shipped outside of Bosnia and Herzegovina are subject to customs inspection. The cost of the customs inspection is also included in the final order amount. For each shipment, using the tracking code, you can track the status of your shipment online at any time or inquire about the status at your local post office. The tracking code is available within your account after completing your order and is recommended to check regularly to prevent the shipment from being returned.
Ordering
The customer orders a product or products through the electronic order form. A customer is considered to be any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information, and submits the order. All prices are expressed in Convertible Marks (BAM) and include VAT. Products are ordered electronically by clicking on a specific product and adding it to the shopping cart. A product is considered ordered at the moment the customer selects and confirms the payment method.
Payment
CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on delivery is only valid for shipments within Bosnia and Herzegovina. If you choose cash on delivery, after your order is received and confirmed by our customer service, the shipment will be sent to your address. Upon receiving the shipment from the courier, you are required to pay the amount of the purchase in cash. Payment upon delivery must be made exclusively in cash and in Convertible Marks (BAM) to the courier upon delivery to the provided address.
ONLINE CARD PAYMENT
The ordered products can be paid for online using one of the following credit cards: MasterCard, Maestro, or Visa. Online card payment (debit, credit cards, etc.) is processed through the Monri service. The online payment option via Monri will redirect you to the secure payment form of this service. When paying by card online, the card details are entered on a secure page, and at no point are the payment card details accessible to our system.
Complaint
RETURN PROCEDURE
Upon receiving the goods, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the accuracy of the order. Please compare the received items with the invoice, and if anything is missing, immediately inform your courier or contact us directly, as we do not accept late complaints. In the case of returning goods, the customer is required to send a justified complaint to OD “Jusa” via email. The customer is entitled to return goods in the following cases:
- Delivery of goods that were not ordered or goods that have defects or damages not caused during transport.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and must provide the fiscal invoice along with the returned goods.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions for the sale and purchase of products in the Jusa online shop (www.jusa.ba) are set forth on this domain. The services provided on this domain consist of providing information, online shopping, and transaction management, as well as managing the website content. The Jusa webshop is privately owned and is the property of the company OD “Jusa”, Sarajevo, ID: 4303549820007. The Jusa webshop operates 24/7 every day of the year. Access to the webshop is available to any individual who has access to the internet and possesses an internet browser such as Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox.
Products available on www.jusa.ba are made to order and are exclusively the original works of the academic graphic designer Haris Jusović. Therefore, it is not possible to order third-party works, images from the internet, or photographs through the Jusa webshop. Prices listed on www.jusa.ba are expressed in BAM (Bosnian Convertible Mark) with VAT included and are valid at the time the order is placed. The value of the shipment (goods with shipping costs) will also be displayed in euros upon finalizing the order. Purchases in the webshop can only be made by individuals who have read and accepted the terms of use. Every user of the Jusa webshop is responsible for using the content on the website and accepts the terms of use voluntarily. Therefore, each user is obliged to read and accept the terms of use before accessing the services of the webshop. If a user does not agree with the terms, they should refrain from using the website or contact customer support for possible issues via phone, email, or the contact form.
The use of malicious programs or applications to download content from the site is prohibited. Any attacks on www.jusa.ba, including disrupting the website’s operation (DDoS), stealing private or confidential data, altering existing content or code, and analyzing the code to report vulnerabilities to third parties, are strictly prohibited and punishable by law. Any unauthorized, illegal use, or use that violates the terms of use of the site www.jusa.ba is subject to legal action. Users and visitors of this site must not post or transmit materials that endanger or violate the rights of others, materials that are illegal, threatening, offensive, defamatory, inviolating privacy, vulgar, or otherwise undesirable. Users are prohibited from using the site for advertising purposes, whether commercial or non-commercial. OD “Jusa” may terminate cooperation with any user at any time if the behavior of the user is deemed unacceptable and not in line with the terms of use.
OD “Jusa” strives to provide the most accurate information and describe each product precisely, ensuring that product photos are appropriate. Photos in the webshop may be for illustrative purposes and may not match the exact appearance of the product. Product data and descriptions on www.jusa.ba may contain inadvertent errors and are subject to changes and modifications. Users or buyers are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy of the information and making purchases voluntarily and at their own risk. OD “Jusa” will not be held responsible for damages incurred by a customer relying on information provided on the www.jusa.ba website.
Intellectual Property The content and materials on www.jusa.ba are owned by OD “Jusa” and protected by copyright, trademarks, and design rights. Any copying, publishing, or distribution of content found on www.jusa.ba without prior approval is strictly prohibited. Each design on www.jusa.ba belongs to OD “Jusa”, which holds exclusive rights to their use. The name (brand) and signature “Jusa” are registered and protected trademarks, and replicating them for any purpose without prior written approval is forbidden.
Privacy and Personal Data Protection For the purposes of providing sales services on the website and customer support, OD “Jusa” collects the following data:
- User’s first and last name
- User’s address (street, number, postal code, city, and country)
- User’s email
- User’s phone number
- Facebook ID used for registration (if registration is done through Facebook)
- Password (stored in an encrypted form)
- Order contents and execution time
- Payment method
- Email correspondence with customers contacting support via the website’s contact form
OD “Jusa” retains the above data for at least seven (7) years as required by the Law on Accounting and Auditing of FBiH, Article 31. Users can delete their account, which will remove all data unless the user has made an order. Orders remain in the system for the legally required seven-year period and include the following data:
- User’s first and last name
- User’s address
- User’s email
- User’s phone number
- Order contents and payment method.
After the seven-year period, OD “Jusa” can delete user data upon request. The company does not store financial information in any form. Payment processing is handled by Monri, and transaction details (amount, name, address, phone number) are shared with them. Security When registering on www.jusa.ba, users must create a password which must be kept confidential. Users are responsible for all actions and orders made under their password. If a user suspects a security breach, they must report it and may be asked to change their password.
External Services The services provided by the Jusa webshop do not include costs for using the equipment and services needed to access the website. OD “Jusa” is not responsible for any damage or malfunction of the user’s equipment caused while using the www.jusa.ba website.
Availability While Jusa strives to offer the best possible services, it cannot guarantee that the services on www.jusa.ba will meet your needs or be free of errors at all times. Access to the webshop may occasionally be temporarily unavailable due to updates, content introduction, technical work, or other technical issues.
